Bakers  Oven – Vermont Bun Baker Additional  Comments:   I bought a Bakers oven last year. During our winters (it’s 6°F right  now) it runs continually day and night. I burn about 1,000 lbs of seasoned  oak per week in it when it’s really cold. Your oven replaced my Jotul 404  which I have used since 1977. I bake bread daily in this thing and it’s  wonderful. You designed a very good stove. I really like details and the  manner in which you designed the door latch adjustments is perfect and  very clever indeed.
